• Experience in a call center or customer service environment, handling inbound and outbound calls. • Proficiency in data entry and order processing with a high level of accuracy. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. • Ability to manage email correspondence and schedule appointments efficiently. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with order entry systems and processes. • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
