Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Romeoville, Illinois. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their orders are processed accurately and efficiently. • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or similar environment. • Proficiency in order entry and handling customer transactions. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Experience managing inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused approach. • Ability to work efficiently and maintain accuracy under pressure. • Familiarity with database systems and CRM tools. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. <br> Click Apply NOW
