In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. Responsibilities: • Accurately process invoices while ensuring proper coding and compliance with company policies. • Conduct regular check runs to facilitate timely payments to vendors. • Verify and reconcile invoice data to maintain accurate financial records. • Monitor accounts payable transactions, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly. • Maintain organized documentation for all invoices and payment activities. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices. • Assist in month-end closing processes by providing necessary accounts payable reports. • Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve payment inquiries and discrepancies. • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all accounts payable processes.

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a related role. • Strong proficiency in coding invoices and processing payments. • Familiarity with check runs and invoice reconciliation. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills for vendor and team interactions. • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. • Proficiency in relevant software systems and tools.
