<p>Our client in Rocky Hill is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a reputable organization while developing your accounting and administrative skills.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Accurately enter billing data into accounting systems and spreadsheets</li><li>Prepare invoices, review for errors, and ensure timely delivery to clients</li><li>Maintain and update billing records and documentation</li><li>Communicate professionally with internal departments and clients regarding billing inquiries</li><li>Assist with account reconciliations and reporting as needed</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Previous data entry experience (preferably in a billing or accounting environment)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, basic reporting)</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable</li><li>Familiarity with bookkeeping or accounting software</li></ul><p><br></p>
