Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Richfield, Wisconsin. In this role, you will focus on data entry, order processing, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure smooth operations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment within the wood and furniture manufacturing industry.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process customer orders by accurately entering quotes, invoices, and sales orders into the system.<br>• Manage customer inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and accurate responses.<br>• Create and maintain sales orders, ensuring all components and processes are handled with precision.<br>• Collaborate with the team to assist with various administrative tasks and support daily operations.<br>• Learn and adapt to company workflows, expanding responsibilities as you become more familiar with the role.<br>• Organize and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.<br>• Identify and resolve issues effectively, seeking assistance when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.<br>• Maintain a positive and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, order processing, or a similar role.<br>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and team members.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.<br>• Familiarity with customer service principles and practices; prior experience in customer service is a plus.<br>• Proficiency in using computer systems; experience with Traverse software or similar systems is beneficial.<br>• Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new processes and tools.<br>• Dependable, organized, and capable of thriving in a collaborative team environment.
