Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Berlin, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless communication between customers, sales staff, and internal teams. This position requires a proactive approach to managing orders, resolving inquiries, and delivering exceptional service.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and sales staff requests regarding orders, updates, and issue resolution.<br>• Monitor the progress of orders from entry through shipment, ensuring timely updates and proactive communication.<br>• Utilize tools such as Outlook, Smartsheet, Excel, and Acumatica to organize and maintain accurate order records.<br>• Collaborate effectively with production, shipping, and sales departments to address delays or discrepancies.<br>• Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally, efficiently, and with attention to detail.<br>• Update and maintain customer and order data within company systems to ensure accuracy.<br>• Participate in initiatives to improve customer service processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment.<br>• Proficiency in managing order entry and providing support through inbound and outbound calls.<br>• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and effectively.<br>• Experience with tools such as Outlook, Excel, and other order management systems.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.<br>• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate record-keeping.<br>• Familiarity with Smartsheet or Acumatica is preferred but not required.
