We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to deliver meaningful financial insights and drive value creation. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing trends, preparing detailed financial models, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, including long-term forecasts, cash flow projections, and project finance models.• Collaborate with Business Unit Finance teams to provide analytical support for operational decision-making.• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and offer actionable insights.• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects and investments.• Prepare financial performance reports to highlight areas for operational improvement.• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by offering detailed variance analyses and recommendations.• Contribute to ad hoc financial and operational analyses as needed.• Partner with departments such as Treasury, Accounting, and HR to ensure alignment on financial strategies.• Present findings and insights through well-prepared reports and presentations to leadership.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field. • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced analytical techniques. • Strong skills in variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. • Experience with data mining and the ability to synthesize complex data sets. • Proven ability to prepare detailed cost analyses and support strategic decision-making. • Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights to stakeholders. • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
