If you are interested, please reach out to Steve Cashman on LinkedIn or call Steve at 612.446.5690</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business operations and strategic goals.</p><p>• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and forecast future outcomes.</p><p>• Analyze cost structures and variances to identify trends and recommend improvements.</p><p>• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.</p><p>• Implement risk management policies to mitigate financial exposure and ensure compliance.</p><p>• Provide insights and recommendations based on ad hoc financial analysis.</p><p>• Utilize SAP and other financial systems to streamline reporting and improve data accuracy.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or international financial reporting standards (IFRS).</p><p>• Support large-scale projects with cost forecasting and scheduling expertise.</p><p>• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and outcomes.</p>

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<br>• At least five years of financial experience in a manufacturing or project-driven business.<br>• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.<br>• Strong understanding of risk management practices and policies.<br>• Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP or IFRS standards.<br>• Experience in cost forecasting and scheduling within large projects.<br>• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.<br>• Exposure to project systems and financial tools used in industrial environments.
