In this role, you will leverage your expertise to assess financial performance, create forecasts, and provide insights that drive strategic decisions. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to innovations that enhance patient care while gaining exposure to various aspects of operations and strategy.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Perform in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance and identify trends.<br>• Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and decision-making processes.<br>• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results against forecasts and budgets.<br>• Prepare accurate forecasts and budgets to guide organizational planning.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational goals.<br>• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to address specific business questions or challenges.<br>• Utilize advanced Excel skills to organize, analyze, and present financial data effectively.<br>• Support strategic initiatives by delivering actionable insights based on financial data.<br>• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.<br>• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial planning and analysis processes.

• Strong background in financial analysis and modeling.<br>• Proficiency in variance analysis and forecasting techniques.<br>• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.<br>• Experience in budgeting and financial planning processes.<br>• Familiarity with FP& A practices and methodologies.<br>• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate findings effectively.<br>• Previous experience in a healthcare or related industry is a plus.
