<p><strong>Senior Trust Operations Analyst (Contract)</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Fully Remote</p><p><strong>Contract Duration:</strong> 3 Months</p><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $41/hr-51/hr</p><p> </p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>A Financial Advice & Wealth Management company is seeking a <strong>Senior Trust Operations Professional</strong> to join their team on a short-term contract basis. This individual will provide expert-level operational support for a complex book of trust business, with a focus on account lifecycle processing and daily operational functions.</p><p>This is a <strong>high-impact role</strong> requiring direct experience in <strong>Trust Operations</strong> (not Trust Admin, Trust Investment, or Compliance). Candidates without direct trust operations experience will not be considered.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Open new trust accounts and process complex account terminations</li><li>Perform client and account maintenance in trust administration systems</li><li>Reconcile Trust Account DDAs</li><li>Process cash transactions and fee disbursements</li><li>Support daily net settlement processes</li><li>Communicate with advisors and clients to ensure accurate and timely service</li><li>Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with internal quality standards</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams supporting PTS accounts</li><li>Provide support on training, quality assurance, and operational projects</li><li>Perform system posting, batch processing, and reporting</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Direct experience in Trust Operations is mandatory</strong></li><li>Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:</li><li>Client & Account Maintenance</li><li>Trust Account & DDA Reconciliation</li><li>Cash and Fee Processing</li><li>Account Terminations</li><li>Daily Net Settlement</li><li>Strong understanding of operational risk and controls in trust operations</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and quality control focus</li><li>Professional communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders</li></ul><p>•<strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>FIS/Charlotte</strong> trust system (not required but highly preferred)</li></ul><p><br></p>
