We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Renton, Washington. This position is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As part of a supportive team, you will play a key role in managing accounts payable processes and ensuring accurate financial transactions. This is a long-term contract opportunity with an onsite work arrangement. Responsibilities: • Process invoices by matching, batching, coding, and entering 50 to 100 invoices daily. • Post and reconcile batches to ensure accuracy in financial records. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies with vendors to maintain smooth operations. • Perform data entry tasks using Excel and other relevant software. • Provide support to the license and title team as needed. • Handle general clerical duties, including filing and administrative tasks. • Utilize accounting software, such as PeopleSoft and Coupa, to manage transactions efficiently.

• Proven experience in accounts payable or related financial roles. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data. • Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors and team members. • Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with accounting software like PeopleSoft and Coupa. • Reliable and dependable work ethic. • Ability to work 100% onsite in Renton, Washington. • Knowledge of invoice coding and processing techniques. • Experience with researching and resolving payment discrepancies.
