We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a key role in managing financial transactions, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring accurate processing of invoices. Responsibilities:• Process and match purchase orders (POs) while collaborating with procurement teams and suppliers to resolve discrepancies.• Manage the accounts payable inbox, organizing invoices by cost centers or names in coordination with teammates.• Oversee travel and expense reimbursements using Concur, ensuring compliance with company policies.• Handle a high volume of invoices, approximately 400 per month, with accuracy and attention to detail.• Support month-end activities, including accruals and other accounting tasks.• Maintain and update supplier lists to ensure accurate records.• Assist with financial operations for the Bungie Foundation, including QuickBooks Online transactions.• Utilize Workday ERP and other systems to streamline accounts payable processes.• Contribute to team collaboration and foster positive working relationships within the organization.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and practices. • Experience with Workday ERP and Concur systems. • Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as Excel and QuickBooks Online. • Ability to manage high volumes of invoices efficiently and accurately. • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams. • Familiarity with the entertainment or gaming industry is highly desirable. • Expertise in ERP systems and automated clearing house (ACH) transactions. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
