Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable transactions and ensure accuracy in invoice handling. • Monitor and maintain records of fixed assets, including depreciation schedules. • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasting financial outcomes. • Support both internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and data. • Collaborate on identifying and implementing technological improvements to streamline accounting operations. • Utilize accounting software such as Great Plains and Excel to manage financial data effectively. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. • Work with expense and document management tools like DocuSign and Expense Point. • Provide insights to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.

• Proficiency in accounts payable processes and related accounting functions. • Experience managing fixed assets, including tracking and depreciation. • Familiarity with accounting software systems, particularly Great Plains Dynamics. • Advanced knowledge of Excel for financial analysis and reporting. • Ability to support audit processes and ensure compliance with regulations. • Strong analytical skills to assist in budgeting and forecasting tasks. • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to identify and adopt new tools. • Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively.
