This position requires strong expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, and full-cycle accounting, ensuring all activities align with industry standards and organizational goals. Responsibilities:• Perform month-end closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial records.• Maintain and update the general ledger to reflect current and accurate financial data.• Prepare and post journal entries to support financial operations and reporting.• Conduct detailed account reconciliations to ensure consistency and compliance.• Manage bank reconciliations, verifying transactions and resolving discrepancies.• Generate and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making.• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control policies.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address accounting issues and improve processes.• Assist with audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Proven experience in full-cycle accounting, including month-end close and financial reporting. • Strong proficiency in managing general ledger accounts and journal entries. • Expertise in performing account and bank reconciliations. • Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards. • Advanced analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
