<p>We are looking for a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. This is a Contract to permanent opportunity designed for a detail-oriented individual who excels in managing financial transactions and ensuring accuracy in all accounting processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in QuickBooks and demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork and attention to detail.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Handle accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.</p><p>• Perform accounts receivable tasks and payables tasks.</p><p>• Utilize QuickBooks Online to record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.</p><p>• Assist in payroll tasks, including supporting third-party payroll systems.</p><p>• Prepare accurate financial reports by leveraging Excel tools like pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.</p><p>• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless financial operations.</p><p>• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.</p><p>• Contribute to improving processes and workflows for enhanced efficiency.</p><p>• Provide backup support for various accounting functions when needed.</p>

<p>• At least 2 years of accounting experience with a focus on accuracy and detail.</p><p>• Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial transactions.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of journal entries and general ledger maintenance.</p><p>• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.</p><p>• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.</p><p>• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly.</p><p>• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.</p><p>• Familiarity with payroll systems and processes is a plus.</p>
