TTP Bookkeeper<br>On Stite 5 Days<br>8-5 or 9-6<br>Bill Rate: $50-55/hr<br>Perm Salary 70K<br><br>Great Plains<br>QuickBooks<br>Excel<br><br>Record financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Great Plains and Kivu & Authorize.net<br>o Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts<br>o Process accounts payable and receivable<br>o Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments<br>o Maintain general ledger and journal entries<br>o Assist with payroll processing and tax filings<br>o Generate financial reports (e.g., profit and loss statements, balance sheets)<br>o Support audits and ensure compliance with financial policies<br>o Monitor cash flow and budget tracking<br>o Monthly commissions<br>o Issuing 1099<br>o Annual audits for Health Insurance and New Jersey state <br>o Setting up new customer and vendor cards<br>o Charging credit cards and ach <br>o Setting up new customers in Authorize.net<br>o Balance all credit card transactions<br>o Allocate all deposits to correct customers<br>o Monthly statements to customers<br>o Inventory and Purchase orders<br>o Sop for customers
