We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Rancho Dominguez, California. In this role, you will oversee the organization and movement of goods, ensuring efficient inventory control and accurate order processing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about maintaining smooth logistics operations while collaborating effectively with various teams. Responsibilities: • Coordinate routing processes for large-scale retail orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. • Generate and distribute labels and detailed order instructions to warehouse staff. • Partner with third-party warehouse teams to manage and ship purchase orders efficiently. • Communicate and schedule shipments with carriers to maintain seamless operations. • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Apply knowledge of vendor compliance regulations to facilitate proper handling and shipping. • Perform repackaging tasks for customer samples and other items as needed. • Support seasonal peak operations by working overtime when required. • Carry out additional duties such as cleaning and maintaining common areas as assigned.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and demonstrate leadership skills. • Proficiency in communication tools like Microsoft Teams and Outlook. • Familiarity or experience with logistics systems and processes. • Capability to lift up to 25 lbs when necessary. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis. • Previous experience in logistics or warehouse operations preferred.
