Compliance Logistics Analyst
We are looking for an organized and proactive Compliance Logistics Analyst to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth office operations, facilitating communication, and supporting administrative processes. This role demands professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a hospitality-focused environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.<br>• Maintain a clean and organized reception area stocked with necessary supplies, such as forms and brochures.<br>• Handle incoming mail and deliveries by sorting and distributing them appropriately.<br>• Monitor office security by enforcing safety protocols, maintaining visitor logs, and issuing badges.<br>• Manage inventory levels for front office supplies and coordinate reordering as needed.<br>• Schedule and oversee conference room bookings to optimize meeting space utilization.<br>• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation.<br>• Assist with kitchen duties, including stocking coffee supplies and managing the dishwasher.<br>• Collaborate with the Human Resources department to provide administrative support.<br>• Adapt to additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned to meet business needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.<br>• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.<br>• Hands-on experience operating office equipment, such as phones and printers.<br>• Strong attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Resourceful problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling issues.<br>• Exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to manage time effectively.<br>• Multitasking skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.<br>• Customer service-oriented attitude, ensuring positive interactions with clients and colleagues.
