<p>.Robert Half is recruiting a strong Controller / Consultant for a manufacturing company with full cycle accounting experience. The consultant will lead the month-end close process, review and approve payroll journal entries, general ledger entries, reconcile all balance sheet accounts. In addition, the consultant will also need to handle all HR responsibilities for 40+ employees. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. </p><p><br></p><p>Technical Skills:</p><p>- Full cycle accounting experience (AR, AP, cost accounting, Payroll, GL FA)</p><p>- Advanced Excel data analysis</p><p>- Accruals, allocations, reconciliations</p><p>- Support year end audit</p><p>- Help review and document department SOP</p><p>- Manage all aspects of HR and review payroll entries</p><p><br></p><p>Soft Skills:</p><p>- Ability to understand business processes quickly</p><p>- Communicates effectively with various levels within the organization</p>

• Proven experience in a Controller or senior-level accounting role within a manufacturing environment.<br>• Strong background in full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger oversight.<br>• Demonstrated ability to lead month-end close activities, prepare adjusting entries, and complete detailed balance sheet reconciliations.<br>• Experience supporting year-end audits and maintaining documentation for financial review processes.<br>• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to perform data analysis and interpret financial information effectively.<br>• Practical knowledge of human resources administration and payroll review responsibilities.<br>• Familiarity with Syteline ERP or comparable enterprise accounting systems.<br>• Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly understand business processes and work effectively with employees at multiple organizational levels.
