An established company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Controller to lead accounting operations and financial reporting. This role will oversee the integrity of financial records, monthly and year-end close, internal controls, cash management, AP/AR, audit support, tax coordination, and team leadership. Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, cash, fixed assets, inventory, and intercompany activityOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processesPrepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAPManage reconciliations, account analysis, and variance reportingMaintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controlsOversee inventory accounting, costing, reserves, and physical inventory processesPartner with operations on manufacturing cost analysis, margins, and inventory controlsMonitor cash activity, receivables, collections, vendor payments, and approval controlsCoordinate annual audit activities and support tax compliance requirementsAssist with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reportingLead process improvements, system enhancements, and automation effortsMentor and develop accounting staff QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field7+ years of progressive accounting experiencePrior Controller or senior accounting leadership experienceManufacturing and inventory accounting experience strongly preferredStrong U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, audit, and internal controls knowledgeERP experience and advanced Excel skills required BenefitsComprehensive benefits are available for eligible employees.

• At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including 5 or more years serving in a Controller capacity. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Demonstrated background in manufacturing accounting with strong knowledge of cost and managerial accounting principles. • Proven experience handling intercompany reconciliations and working across two charts of accounts simultaneously. • Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting. • Experience supporting consolidated financial statements in a multi-entity environment. • Proficiency with ERP systems, including SAP or comparable accounting platforms. • Ability to work onsite on a permanent basis in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
