This role is ideal for candidates with experience in billing, accounts receivable, or invoicing who are proficient in Microsoft Excel.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare, generate, and process invoices accurately and on time</li><li>Reconcile billing accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly</li><li>Review billing data for accuracy and completeness</li><li>Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding billing questions or issues</li><li>Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and account activity</li><li>Assist with month-end and year-end billing reports</li><li>Support finance and accounting teams with ad hoc billing-related tasks</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards</li></ul><p><br></p>
