In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting key financial functions, including annual budgeting, cash forecasting, and financial modeling. Responsibilities:• Develop and manage comprehensive annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.• Conduct detailed cash forecasting to support financial planning and operational decision-making.• Build and maintain financial models to analyze data and provide actionable insights.• Perform variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.• Execute ad hoc financial analyses to address specific business needs and challenges.• Utilize data mining techniques to extract meaningful information from large datasets.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial information.• Prepare and present reports summarizing financial findings and recommendations.• Support leadership in strategic financial decision-making processes.• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all financial activities.

• Proven experience in financial analysis within a detail-oriented environment. • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. • Expertise in cash forecasting and annual budget preparation. • Ability to perform variance analysis and interpret financial trends. • Familiarity with data mining techniques and tools. • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Excel. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
