This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in financial management to oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and analytical skills to help drive financial performance.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop and implement the annual financial plan, ensuring alignment with company objectives.</p><p>• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.</p><p>• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements for management review.</p><p>• Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and standards.</p><p>• Collaborate with leadership to analyze financial data and provide recommendations for business decisions.</p><p>• Manage and optimize budgeting and forecasting processes to improve financial accuracy.</p><p>• Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure proper financial documentation.</p><p>• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency within financial operations.</p><p>• Provide mentorship and guidance to the accounting team, fostering growth and development.</p><p>• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including vendors and clients.</p><p><br></p><p>Please reach out to Patricia Wesson with Robert Half to review this position. • Proven experience as a Controller or in a senior financial management role.<br>• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP.<br>• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.<br>• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>• Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.<br>• Strong leadership and communication abilities.<br>• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.<br>• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, attending in-office meetings on designated days.
