Key Responsibilities: Review and audit financial records, invoices, and documents for accuracy. Reconcile discrepancies by researching and resolving any inconsistencies. Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulations, and standards. Enter, track, and maintain data in accounting systems. Assist the finance team during audits by providing necessary documentation and reports. Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify financial information. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in auditing, bookkeeping, or similar financial roles. Proficiency in NetSuite or Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with accounting software and systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
