Administrative Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Plano, Texas. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various stakeholders, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless project coordination. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in an administrative role and enjoys contributing to the success of a team.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide direct administrative and operational support to engineers, clients, and assessors.<br>• Coordinate and oversee project management tasks to ensure timely completion and smooth execution.<br>• Create, organize, and maintain essential documents and reports for administrative purposes.<br>• Communicate regularly with clients to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction.<br>• Compile detailed reports for presentations and client reviews.<br>• Conduct quality checks on reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.<br>• Assist in maintaining effective client relationships through proactive communication and support.<br>• Track project progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders as needed.<br>• Facilitate collaboration between team members to achieve project goals.
• Proven experience in administrative or client-facing roles.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.<br>• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing reports and presentations.<br>• Experience in client relationship management.<br>• Familiarity with quality assurance processes.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
