Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our clien'ts team in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. This is a Contract position with the potential for long-term employment, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within the financial services industry.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing customer questions and concerns with efficiency.</p><p>• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to meet customer needs.</p><p>• Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.</p><p>• Record and update customer details and interactions in the system.</p><p>• Process orders and manage requests with a high degree of accuracy.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.</p><p>• Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to assist customers effectively.</p><p>• Meet performance metrics and service standards set by the organization.</p><p>• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend improvements.</p><p>• Manage outbound calls as needed to follow up on inquiries or resolve pending issues.</p>
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.<br>• Proficiency in order processing and data entry.<br>• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.<br>• Familiarity with financial services or related industries is advantageous.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.<br>• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
