The position involves handling essential accounting tasks and requires proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other tools. Responsibilities:• Support month-end closing processes by ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.• Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain organized and up-to-date records.• Prepare and file1099's.• Coordinate and contribute to audit preparation, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.• Process and review invoices to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.• Organize and maintain filing systems to facilitate easy access to financial records.• Utilize QuickBooks to manage accounting tasks and generate reports.• Create and update spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel for tracking and analyzing data.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online for managing financial data and processes.• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheet creation and data tracking.• Strong understanding of accounting principles.• Experience with month-end closing procedures and audit preparation.• Ability to file and prepare Form 1099 accurately and efficiently.• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for managing invoices and records.• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working in a team-oriented environment.
