The ideal candidate is eager to gain hands-on courtroom experience, manage cases with increasing independence, and work directly with partners and clients.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Draft complaints, answers, motions, and other litigation pleadings.</li><li>Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and trial-related documents.</li><li>Handle written discovery, document review, and e-discovery tasks.</li><li>Take and defend depositions with supervision.</li><li>Assist in trial preparation, including witness outlines, exhibit lists, and pre-trial filings.</li><li>Participate in hearings, settlement conferences, and, when appropriate, trials.</li><li>Communicate with clients, experts, co-counsel, and opposing counsel.</li><li>Manage deadlines, case strategy, and workflow across multiple active matters.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>J.D. from an accredited law school.</li><li>Admission to practice in [State], with good standing.</li><li>2–3 years of commercial litigation experience; clerkship experience a plus.</li><li>Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.</li><li>Experience drafting motions and handling discovery.</li><li>Interest in trial work and comfort with courtroom responsibilities.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.</li></ul><p><br></p>
