<p><strong>10+ years of litigation experience</strong> in labor & employment, commercial litigation, higher education & Title IX, class actions, or multi-district litigation.</p><p><strong>Strong academic credentials</strong> with exceptional organizational, writing, and analytical skills.</p><p><strong>Comprehensive knowledge</strong> of county, state, and federal court procedures.</p><p><strong>Hands-on litigation experience,</strong> including depositions, oral arguments, and courtroom advocacy.</p><p><strong>Experience conducting internal investigations</strong> (preferred).</p><p><strong>Meticulous attention to detail</strong> and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.</p><p><strong>Outstanding communication skills</strong> with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.</p><p><strong>Proactive, organized, and collaborative team player</strong> with strong problem-solving abilities</p>
