We are looking for a skilled litigation attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will handle a diverse range of cases, including general tort litigation, mass torts, and asbestos-related matters, while contributing to a collaborative and detail-oriented environment. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your legal career within a respected, multi-practice law firm.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage tort litigation cases, including auto accidents, premises liability, and property damage claims.<br>• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other necessary legal documents.<br>• Represent clients in mass tort and asbestos-related litigation, ensuring thorough and effective advocacy.<br>• Oversee discovery processes, including depositions, interrogatories, and document reviews.<br>• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop strategies tailored to each case.<br>• Maintain compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.<br>• Participate in continuing legal education to stay updated on relevant laws and practices.<br>• Provide mentorship and guidance to entry-level team members.<br>• Work within a team-oriented environment that promotes open communication and detail-oriented development.<br>• Ensure timely case resolution while safeguarding the interests of clients.

• Possess 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on tort and mass tort cases.<br>• Hold an active bar admission in Pennsylvania; additional bar admissions are preferred.<br>• Demonstrate strong skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.<br>• Exhibit excellent academic credentials and a commitment to detail-oriented growth.<br>• Show proficiency in managing discovery, drafting motions, and handling depositions.<br>• Experience in asbestos-related litigation and mass tort cases is highly desirable.<br>• Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and work ethic.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented legal environment.
