<p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>C/C++ Software Developer</strong> to join our team in supporting and enhancing remote control middleware applications. This role focuses on feature development, bug fixes, and ensuring high-quality software solutions.</p><p>W<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain software applications in alignment with business requirements and design specifications.</li><li>Implement feature enhancements and resolve defects in existing systems.</li><li>Standardize and execute quality assurance procedures for software deliverables.</li><li>Collaborate with BA/QA teams to create test plans and ensure issues are properly identified, fixed, and tested.</li><li>Configure and test system changes, including reports, security access, and workflows.</li><li>Identify opportunities for system improvements to enhance functionality and simplify administration.</li><li>Perform configuration changes in production environments under general supervision.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>4–6 years of experience</strong> in C/C++ development (Intermediate level).</li><li>Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.</li><li>Familiarity with HTTP and TCP/IP protocols.</li><li>Experience consuming API/web-based services.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and mentor team members on coding practices and design principles.</li><li>Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work under general supervision.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Ruby (minimal Python usage expected).</li><li>Knowledge of building scalable services (SOAP and REST).</li><li>Exposure to middleware applications and system integration.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><ul><li>This position is <strong>C/C++ only</strong>—no Java or Django development.</li><li>Minimal Python usage required.</li></ul><p><br></p>
