We are looking for an experienced Front End Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role involves creating dynamic and efficient web interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless user experiences across various digital platforms. If you have a passion for front-end development and enjoy optimizing applications for performance, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Translate design concepts into high-quality, pixel-perfect HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.<br>• Collaborate with teams to effectively manage projects through design, development, and quality assurance stages.<br>• Develop and maintain user-facing features, ensuring optimal speed and scalability.<br>• Implement quality assurance procedures to uphold software standards and functionality.<br>• Identify and resolve blockers by applying creative solutions within company guidelines.<br>• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and technical standards.<br>• Integrate and configure plugins to enhance site functionality and user experience.<br>• Validate all user inputs before submission to backend systems to prevent errors.<br>• Stay updated on current trends and advancements in web development.<br>• Work on progressive redesign and maintenance initiatives to improve customer interactions with the brand.

<p>• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 to 8 years of experience in front-end development.</p><p>• Proficiency in JavaScript, with a strong understanding of front-end frameworks.</p><p>• Familiarity with e-commerce systems and content management platforms.</p><p>• Proven ability to optimize applications for performance and scalability.</p><p>• Experience with quality assurance processes and software testing.</p><p>• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to implement innovative solutions.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of coding standards, code reviews, and debugging techniques.</p><p>• Awareness of current web development trends and practices.</p>
