Property Administrator
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team in Patterson, California. This position offers a Contract-to-Permanent opportunity, ideal for someone passionate about managing tenant relations, property maintenance, and financial oversight. The role requires strong organizational skills, a customer-focused approach, and a solid understanding of property management practices.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage tenant relationships, including lease agreements, renewals, and terminations, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.<br>• Conduct regular property inspections to verify tenant compliance and identify maintenance needs.<br>• Coordinate routine maintenance schedules and oversee repair work to maintain safety and regulatory standards.<br>• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants and minimize property vacancies.<br>• Show properties to potential tenants, explaining lease terms and answering questions effectively.<br>• Monitor rental rates by conducting market research to ensure competitiveness.<br>• Collect rent payments, manage accounts receivable, and prepare property budgets.<br>• Maintain accurate financial records, including income, expenses, and transactions.<br>• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including building codes and landlord-tenant laws.<br>• Keep property documentation up-to-date, such as lease agreements and insurance policies.
<p>• At least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.</p><p>• Proficiency in using property management software, such as Yardi.</p><p>• Strong communication and negotiation skills for tenant interactions and lease agreements.</p><p>• Exceptional organizational abilities to manage documentation and property schedules.</p><p>• Problem-solving skills to address tenant concerns and property issues efficiently.</p><p>• Familiarity with local real estate market trends and applicable property laws.</p><p>• Customer service skills to foster positive tenant relationships.</p><p>• Ability to conduct market research and analyze rental rates effectively.</p><p><br></p><p>Please contact Robert Half at 209.554.0521 for immediate consideration.</p>
