For immediate consideration apply today!</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Conduct brief campus audits to verify operational compliance of schools receiving federal grants.</p><p>• Coordinate with schools to schedule audit visits and confirm availability.</p><p>• Electronically complete audit forms using provided templates without the need for printing or scanning.</p><p>• Document findings from the campus tours accurately and submit reports promptly.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with school representatives and maintain professionalism during site visits.</p><p>• Notify the team of scheduled audit times and report any changes or issues promptly.</p><p>• Manage travel time efficiently to complete audits within the allotted timeframe.</p><p>• Ensure all procedures are followed in accordance with federal compliance standards.</p><p>• Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the audit process.</p>
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative support roles.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders.<br>• Proficiency in completing electronic forms and documentation.<br>• Reliable time management skills to meet scheduled deadlines.<br>• Familiarity with compliance standards or audit processes is a plus.<br>• Ability to manage travel within the designated area effectively.<br>• High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
