<p>Robert Half is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team on a contract to hire basis in Orange, California. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to licensing and legal operations while collaborating with government agencies and ensuring compliance with state regulations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in civil litigation, trial preparation, and case management.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage licensing work and maintain communication with government agencies to ensure compliance with state requirements.</p><p>• Conduct discovery processes and assist in gathering pertinent case information.</p><p>• Support trial preparation by organizing legal documents, evidence, and other essential materials.</p><p>• Utilize case management software to track and update case progress efficiently.</p><p>• Assist in civil litigation tasks, including drafting legal documents and coordinating with attorneys.</p><p>• Follow up with state agencies to address licensing requirements and regulatory updates.</p><p>• Maintain organized records and documentation related to legal proceedings and licensing.</p><p>• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all case-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.</p><p>• Provide administrative support for litigation-related activities.</p><p>• Stay updated on legal industry trends and changes in licensing regulation </p>

<p>• Certification as a Paralegal or Juris Doctor preferred.</p><p>• Proven experience working in licensing or with government agencies.</p><p>• Proficiency in discovery processes and civil litigation.</p><p>• Skilled in trial preparation and handling legal documentation.</p><p>• Familiarity with case management software and its applications.</p><p>• Ability to work on-site in Orange, California.</p><p><br></p>
