<p>We are looking for an experienced law and motion Paralegal to support our client in Glendale, California. This long-term contract position involves working on civil litigation cases, with a primary focus on personal injury and lemon law matters. While remote work is available, occasional in-office attendance for team meetings may be required.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Draft and review discovery requests and responses to support litigation processes.</p><p>• Prepare, revise, and finalize pleadings and basic motions using established templates.</p><p>• Assist in managing case files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date.</p><p>• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments.</p><p>• Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for hearings, depositions, and trials.</p><p>• Handle case management tasks, including tracking deadlines and organizing evidence.</p><p>• Provide support for a variety of cases, including lemon law, personal injury, employment, and other civil matters.</p><p>• Maintain knowledge of legal procedures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.</p>

• Proven experience as a paralegal, particularly in civil litigation and personal injury cases.<br>• Proficiency in drafting discovery documents, motions, and pleadings.<br>• Strong understanding of lemon law and other civil litigation matters.<br>• Familiarity with case management software and legal research tools.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.<br>• Flexibility to attend occasional in-person team meetings, if needed.
