<p>We are partnering with an established firm in Redondo Beach to find an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role requires someone who excels in supporting a busy Partner on various litigation tasks. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Draft and format various pleadings and legal documents.</p><p>• Manage discovery processes.</p><p>• Assist with litigation deadlining using Docket Calendar.</p><p>• Utilize iManage to organize and manage case files, track progress, and navigate deadlines.</p><p>• Conduct legal research using tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw.</p><p>• Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for depositions and hearings.</p><p>• Handle state and federal e-filing.</p><p>• Track billable hours using Coyote.</p><p>• Assist in preparing for mediations and arbitrations by organizing case files and drafting necessary documentation. Potential to support with trial preparation.</p><p><br></p><p>Details:</p><p>• 5 days on site in Redondo Beach</p><p>• Contract-to-hire</p><p>• Full-time 40-hour work week</p>
