<p><strong>Probate Litigation Paralegal:</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Draft and respond to discovery requests in probate and trust litigation matters</li><li>Provide trial and litigation support for attorneys, including drafting petitions and pleadings</li><li>Prepare documents for conservatorship proceedings as needed</li><li>Utilize California wills and trusts drafting systems</li><li>Conduct legal research using LexisNexis Protégé</li><li>Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines for contested estate cases</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience supporting probate/trust litigation, with strong skills in drafting and responding to discovery requests</li><li>Familiarity with California probate and estate documentation and procedures</li><li>Proficiency using LexisNexis Protégé and general legal technology platforms</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently</li></ul><p><strong>Probate Accounting Paralegal:</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage probate accounting for small family estates</li><li>Prepare account schedules, reconcile estate and trust assets, and ensure accuracy</li><li>Complete and file Judicial Council forms</li><li>Support straightforward estate administration (no litigation involved)</li><li>Ensure timely and compliant filings with courts and agencies</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in probate accounting and using Judicial Council forms</li><li>Working knowledge of estate administration for small/intimate family estates</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient with file management</li><li>Ability to work autonomously on routine probate tasks</li></ul><p><br></p>
