With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, you will play a key role in onboarding, offboarding, and addressing payroll-related inquiries.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process payroll for a mixed workforce of hourly and salaried employees using Rippling and NetSuite systems.<br>• Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and the outsourced payroll service provider.<br>• Manage onboarding and offboarding payroll-related tasks, including benefits adjustments and pay updates.<br>• Address employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and related matters promptly and accurately.<br>• Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations and company policies.<br>• Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare reports as needed.<br>• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and resolve discrepancies.<br>• Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of payroll data and adherence to legal standards.<br>• Provide recommendations for improving payroll systems and procedures.
