We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in Oakland, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in overseeing procurement processes, ensuring efficient contract management, and driving vendor negotiations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong background in procurement and contract administration, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with organizational standards and requirements.<br>• Collaborate with sourcing teams to manage vendor selection and negotiate favorable agreements.<br>• Generate purchase orders based on procurement needs and oversee their administration.<br>• Facilitate contract negotiations to secure optimal terms and conditions for the organization.<br>• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all procurement activities.<br>• Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues that arise during execution.<br>• Provide strategic insights to improve procurement processes and vendor relationships.<br>• Draft and revise contracts to reflect organizational goals and regulatory compliance.<br>• Support category management initiatives to align procurement strategies with business objectives.

• Proven experience in contract management, including negotiation and administration.<br>• Familiarity with procurement processes, including purchase order generation and vendor analysis.<br>• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and contract drafting.<br>• Ability to collaborate effectively with sourcing teams and stakeholders.<br>• Prior experience in vendor selection and category management.<br>• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.<br>• Strong communication skills to facilitate negotiations and resolve issues.<br>• Experience in consumer electronics procurement is a plus but not required.
