Please apply today. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Manage the general ledger and oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP.</li><li>Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Develop and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.</li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.</li><li>Coordinate and liaise with external auditors to facilitate audits and compliance reviews.</li><li>Resolve accounting discrepancies and proactively identify areas for process improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment of financial goals.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Logistical Details</strong>:</p><ul><li><strong>Start Date</strong>: ASAP after a completed background check.</li><li><strong>Duration</strong>: This role has a high potential to transition to a permanent role based on performance.</li><li><strong>Compensation</strong>: up to $80/hr. regular time and $120/hr. overtime</li><li><strong>Work Type</strong>: Full-time, on-site (5 days per week).</li></ul><p><br></p>
