IT Support
We are looking for an experienced IT Support specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Oakdale, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensure smooth operations. If you have a strong background in PC support and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this position is perfect for you.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and peripherals, including associated devices.<br>• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Windows and Office 365 applications.<br>• Provide exceptional customer service while assisting users with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems.<br>• Perform cable installations and ensure proper connectivity for devices.<br>• Work with Apple and Dell technologies to deliver effective technical support.<br>• Conduct regular system checks and updates to maintain optimal performance.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of IT-related concerns.<br>• Maintain accurate records of technical support activities and issue resolutions.<br>• Assist in setting up and configuring Windows 11 systems for end users.<br>• Support the implementation and integration of new hardware and software solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows operating systems.<br>• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.<br>• Strong customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction.<br>• Familiarity with Windows 11 and its configuration.<br>• Experience working with Dell and Apple technologies.<br>• Knowledge of cable installation and connectivity processes.<br>• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
