Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process and review invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Match invoices to purchase orders and verify supporting documentation to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and resolve discrepancies as needed.</li><li>Assist in preparing vendor payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers, following company policies and procedures.</li><li>Communicate with vendors to address inquiries regarding billing and payment status.</li><li>Maintain vendor files, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company requirements.</li><li>Prepare and assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.</li><li>Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.</li><li>Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.</li><li>2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience required.</li><li>Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of accounting principles.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with a customer service focus.</li></ul>
