We are looking for a detail-oriented part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in New York, New York. This is a long-term contract position that requires a dedicated individual to manage invoice processing and ensure accurate financial recordkeeping. The role is fully on-site and provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and creative environment. Responsibilities:• Process approximately 50 invoices weekly with precision and efficiency.• Ensure proper coding and entry of invoices into the accounting system.• Perform check runs and maintain accurate payment records.• Collaborate with team members to address and resolve discrepancies in invoices.• Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as needed.• Utilize QuickBooks for invoice processing and financial management.• Maintain organized documentation for audit and compliance purposes.• Support the team in maintaining accurate accounts payable records.• Leverage Microsoft Excel to analyze and report financial data.

• Prior experience in accounts payable or a similar role. • Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Ability to accurately process and code invoices. • Familiarity with check runs and payment processing. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. • Ability to work on-site in New York, New York.
