We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will oversee critical accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in managing month-end close activities, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting. Responsibilities: • Oversee and execute the month-end close process, ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete. • Prepare and post journal entries for various accounts, including prepaids, fixed assets, and leases. • Perform detailed reconciliations for general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and other financial records. • Manage accounts payable (AP) processes by monitoring invoices and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. • Handle accounts receivable (AR) activities, including billing, collections, and revenue accrual calculations. • Conduct cash reconciliations to maintain accurate cash flow records. • Monitor and report on fixed assets, ensuring proper accounting and documentation. • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. • Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and analyses.

• Proven experience in accounting, with a strong focus on month-end close processes. • Proficiency in general ledger accounting and journal entry preparation. • Expertise in account and bank reconciliations. • Solid knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Familiarity with fixed asset accounting and lease management. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
