We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver cross-functional projects with precision and efficiency. This is a Contract position based in Nashville, Tennessee, requiring a candidate skilled in formal project management methodologies and adept at driving teams toward successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and expertise in Agile Scrum frameworks.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects within defined timelines and budgets.<br>• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, and resource allocation.<br>• Monitor project progress and address potential risks or issues proactively.<br>• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment on project goals.<br>• Implement Agile Scrum practices to optimize team performance and project delivery.<br>• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and formal project management methodologies.<br>• Conduct regular status meetings and provide stakeholders with detailed progress reports.<br>• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records throughout the lifecycle.<br>• Identify opportunities for process improvement within project workflows.<br>• Support teams in achieving certification or quality standards as required.

• Proven experience in project management, including cross-functional initiatives.<br>• Formal project management certification, such as PMP or equivalent.<br>• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and frameworks.<br>• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.<br>• Ability to analyze and mitigate risks effectively.<br>• Familiarity with tools and software used in project planning and tracking.<br>• Demonstrated success in managing projects within time and budget constraints.
