Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to work on a rotating schedule (4pm-12am) that includes holidays and weekends, ensuring seamless service to our customers. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering outstanding support while managing data entry tasks with precision.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide exceptional assistance to customers by handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.</p><p>• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a detail oriented and courteous manner.</p><p>• Accurately enter and update customer orders and information into the system.</p><p>• Follow established protocols to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations during weekends and holidays.</p><p>• Demonstrate dependability and reliability in adhering to the rotating schedule.</p><p>• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and share feedback with the team.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with a focus on positive outcomes.</p><p>• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.</p><p>• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery.</p>
• Proven experience in customer service or call center roles.<br>• Strong skills in managing inbound and outbound calls effectively.<br>• Proficiency in handling data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.<br>• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Demonstrated reliability and commitment to consistent attendance.<br>• Familiarity with customer support systems and tools is a plus.
