Front Desk Coordinator
<p>We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Johns Island, South Carolina. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and customers, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience. This is a contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for career growth within a dynamic environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet and assist customers and visitors, providing excellent concierge services.</p><p>• Manage a multi-line phone system, including answering inbound calls and directing them appropriately.</p><p>• Handle customer inquiries related to showroom products such as laminate flooring, ceramic tile, and textiles.</p><p>• Support customer contracts and ensure accurate documentation.</p><p>• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to uphold high standards.</p><p>• Coordinate with team members to address customer needs efficiently.</p><p>• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers exploring showroom options.</p><p>• Schedule and manage appointments or follow-ups as required.</p><p>• Assist with administrative tasks to support smooth daily operations.</p><p>• Ensure all interactions reflect a commitment to outstanding customer experience.</p>
• Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in a showroom or retail setting.<br>• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards.<br>• Familiarity with products such as laminate flooring, ceramic tile, and textiles.<br>• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Competence in basic administrative tasks and record-keeping.
