If you are seeking a career with growth opportunity, we want to hear from you. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean and well-organized workspace while managing inventory and replenishing office supplies.</p><p>• Coordinate travel arrangements for leadership, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.</p><p>• Maintain and manage executive calendars by scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.</p><p>• Welcome and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.</p><p>• Prepare and proofread documents, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.</p><p>• Provide additional administrative support as needed to facilitate smooth office operations.</p>
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.<br>• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Reliability and punctuality in completing tasks and meeting deadlines.<br>• A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.<br>• Previous experience in administrative or executive assistant roles is preferred.
