<p>Robert Half is partnering with a mid-to-large sized organization to identify a dynamic and strategic <strong>Chief Financial Officer (CFO)</strong>. This executive role is ideal for a seasoned financial leader with a proven track record in <strong>mergers and acquisitions</strong>, financial strategy, and operational excellence. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial future and supporting growth initiatives.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support long-term growth.</li><li>Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and compliance.</li><li>Drive M& A strategy, including due diligence, valuation, integration planning, and execution.</li><li>Collaborate with executive leadership and the board to provide financial insights and recommendations.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and regulatory standards.</li><li>Manage relationships with investors, lenders, auditors, and external advisors.</li><li>Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.</li><li>Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost optimization.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>CPA certification strongly preferred.</li><li>10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including CFO or VP Finance roles.</li><li>Demonstrated success in leading <strong>mergers and acquisitions</strong>, including post-merger integration.</li><li>Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic planning.</li><li>Experience in a mid-to-large sized business environment, ideally with private equity or investor-backed structures.</li><li>Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
